Sr. Patricia McDermott, IHM ministers as a spiritual director and retreat director in Immaculata, PA. She was trained in the practice of spiritual direction and supervision and has companioned others in spiritual direction for more than twenty-five years. Her background includes ministry in education, administration, pastoral ministry, spiritual direction, supervision as well as serving on the leadership team in the IHM congregation.
