Sr. Barbara Cook, IHM is a graduate of Immaculata and Villanova Universities, Sister Barbara is a lifelong educator who has enjoyed sharing her love of literature and composition with students of all ages. She has also taught classes in adult faith formation, served on RCIA teams, and guided members of the medical professions in theological reflection groups. After completing a master's degree from Neumann University in Pastoral Care and Counseling with a concentration in Spiritual Direction, Sister spent eight years as the Director of the IHM Spirituality Center. During this time, she designed and led retreats, conducted small prayer groups, and ministered as a spiritual director to individuals desiring to deepen their intimacy with God. Currently, Sister serves as a Professional Writing Assistant in Immaculata University's Writing Center, while continuing spiritual direction on a limited basis.
